About Lucrecia
With more than two decades of immigration experience, Lucrecia uses her deep understanding of immigration law to develop and implement holistic plans to ensure a seamless employee experience across jurisdictions, manage risk and ensure compliance.
She provides strategic counsel to clients on all aspects of immigration matters, working with Fortune 100 companies as well as with small and medium-sized businesses. She works alongside clients’ legal departments, mobility groups, HR, talent acquisition and business stakeholders to create and manage compliant immigration programs that achieve both business goals and people-related initiatives. Lucrecia’s experience spans a wide variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, management consulting, energy, pharmaceuticals, financial services, non-profit, and consumer goods involving all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. She advises and represents employers and individuals before the US Department of Homeland Security, the US Department of Labor and US Department of State.

Lucrecia also works with individual clients who are navigating the immigration process via self-sponsorship or family-based petitions. Understanding that each client is unique, Lucrecia works with clients to identify the ideal immigration strategy to achieve their objectives.
