FY 2026 H-1B Registration Opens March 7

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that the initial registration period for the FY 2026 H-1B cap will open on March 7, 2025, at noon (ET) and close on March 24, 2025, at noon (ET).

✅ Electronic registration for Employers & representatives must be done through USCIS online account and pay the $215 registration fee per beneficiary. 

✅ New & existing petitioners must ensure they have an organizational account to complete the process. 

✅ Beneficiary-centric selection process will be used—registrations are selected based on unique beneficiaries rather than multiple registrations.

🔹 New Enhancements for FY 2026:

• Easier way for legal reps to add paralegals.

• Pre-populated Form I-129 fields from selected registrations.

• Bulk upload option for H-1B beneficiary data.

⏳ Selections will be notified by March 31, 2025.
